Q. Can I cancel my monthly membership anytime?
A. Yes, you may cancel your membership anytime before your billing cycle renews. Contact Support@mintingthemarkets.com 3 days in advance before it renews to be sure it gets canceled in the system. Stripe will send you an automatic reminder 3 days prior also to the email you signed up with (check spam). Its your responsibility to manage this. If you fail to cancel your subscription in a timely manner, you may be billed for another month & we do not offer refunds.
Q. Can I get a refund after I sign up?
A. No, since you receive access to everything once you pay, we do not offer refunds. Be sure you want to sign up before you push the join button.

Q. Do you offer trials?
A. No, for my style, everyone should try it out for 1-2 months at minimum to understand my processes. Each member also has instant access to educational material & discussions as well.
Q. Is this a trade alert service?
A. No, although Minted A.I. May post triggers, This is not some generic run of the mill trade alert service like you may have joined in the past... I focus on information through analysis. I teach as I go & interact with the community. You are paying for my daily publication of information through my discord. All information is live, real-time & can be discussed in an open format if you have questions on the higher tier levels. Mint A.I. triggers are just an addition to round out this service.
Q. What is Minted A.I.
A. Minted A.I. Is a proprietary system of information I use that generates trade ideas signals. Ideas I then process & post as information. They aid me in trend direction only most of the time.
Q. How many Minted A.I. Signals will I see a week.
A. It varies, I've seen 0-10 a week. But average is 3-4 per week, It just depends on the market that week. There is no min / max. Some days there may be none given.

Q. Do you trade all day?
A. NO, not all day, or even every day. I will be active in the community, but no guarantee I will take trades every day. Only when I see something of value, I post. There will be some days I may not be present in the community or on vacation. I am a believer of doing less.

Q. Who is this service for?
A. This service is for anyone that wants to learn over time the processes of Minted. Someone looking for ideas & a support system. Traders that want to grow over time, not overnight. I offer My proprietary SP500 levels, daily analysis, thought process, interactive community & more. I do not hold folks hands, give trade alerts, or give any financial advice. Everything is written in my discord as educational & informational content along with my thought processes. Nothing else.

Q. Are there rules in the discord server?
A. Yes, Please read all terms and rules on this page & in the discord. To keep a positive and organized community every member must abide by the required code of conduct. If members fail to maintain the code of conduct, they may be removed from the service without refund for breaching the terms of service.

will be offering 3 subscription plans.
Minted Edge only for $125/Month.
The Centurion Inner circle $185/Month.
Bundle of the two above for $250/Month.

Service & delivery of service goods
In order for our customers to understand the type of service we are & how the service operates please read over this below.
Delivery of goods: Once you sign up (pay for service goods) to the service offering of your choice on our website, you will have access to join the discord chat community via the link provided on our website. (Generally takes 24 hrs. or less after purchase unless on the weekend) to be approved & granted access to the content & community.
We document who enters & exits the discord server & can verify that everyone received membership access.
Once you are in the educational discord chat community, you have access to live training, educational content in a live commentary setting as per your checkout selection on our website. ( MintedEdge, Centurion Inner circle or Bundle of both.).
Type of Goods purchased: Content purchased is access to current or live educational content in the educational discord server. This is in the form of live discussions, live education & chat interaction, live feeds (minted feed), futures feed (MintedEdge). The user has full access to live discussions, live chat, live market commentary & educational resources while inside the discord for which ever service level they selected upon checkout.
This is a live chat setting where you can participate in & have full access to all goods immediately. Participants are connected with other individuals for live discussions where you and everyone can receive educational information live.
We offer no refunds once you are inside the discord educational server because you have full access to all educational content & can partake in discussions, live education, information immediately. Please ask all questions prior to signing up to the subscription.
Every member agrees to a no refund policy at the time of service before entry to the educational discord server.
Return policy reiterated, this is a subscription based service with access to live, interactive education. There is a no refund policy once you signed up, paid & entered into the service.
You have immediate access to all content. Regardless of whether you like or dislike the educational content, you have already taken possession of our proprietary information upon entry. Please be aware of this before you sign up. We do not make exceptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time & finish your remaining month in the service, but refunds will not be given.
Prices are subject to change. If you are locked into a current founding launch member subscription price, it will be honored including the Founding member vanishing payment option (after 12 continual months (no gaps or lapses in payment.)
"Once you leave, you are no longer locked into any special prices or promos as the special is now void, you pay whatever the current market rate is if you return at a later time."
You must email support@mintingthemarkets.com to let us know you would like the founding member vanishing payment free upgrade after your 12th consecutive payment is made, IF you were a founding launch member. It is not automatic, its your job to reach out AFTER the 12th payment only, else you will continue to pay month to month until you cancel or reach out. We will not refund any extra monthly payments if you fail to comply to those terms.
A founding launch member is described as any member that signed up for $175/mo. & invoiced OCT15 2023 or prior & held its status for 12 consecutive payments only. You are responsible to email & request this after your 12 months is up.
Again, we will not do it automatically or refund amounts after because you failed to do so.
MintedEdge & Centurion Inner circle are monthly subscriptions that are recurring monthly fees that renew 30 days from the time you sign up.
Centurion Inner circle+ is a one time member fee. It is billed once at the time of checkout only. It is no longer available as of 1/8/2024.
There is NO REFUND Once you click subscribe, sign up or provide payment for services.
They can be canceled anytime for any reason before the subscription is set to renew.
For cancelation of services: Please Email Support@mintingthemarkets.com 72 hrs. (3 days). prior to your renewal to be canceled.
The Centurion Inner circle+ is a one time membership fee & Is non-refundable.
Do not sign up & expect a refund if you are not sure, they will not be honored (example: Buyers remorse or changes mind). Its best to try out 1 month of centurion inner circle first to see if centurion+ is right for you, you may then upgrade during your first month only.
Please ensure that you have all questions answered before submitting payment to access all of our services.

Centurion inner circle+ members have access to it for lifetime, (which means as long as this website is active or unless the customer chooses to leave.)

You agree by accessing or using our companies website(s) & discord/service, you may not

-Modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, compile or sell any portion of our services, products or information.
-Copy, mirror any part of the service or site without written authorization.
-Compile or collect information about other subscribers in our discord.
-Offer mentoring or financial advice in chat or in dm's to members.
-Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements for other services, education or spam via DM, twitter /X or chat.
-Come into this service from other services to inadvertently or intentionally advertise.
-Give financial advice of any kind. Do not offer it, do not ask for it.
-Promote other companies, education sources, information, twitter / X pages or social media links (unless news related).
-Publish ANYONES personal or private information in any manner.
-Post trade alerts or financial advice. Tell others how to trade.
-Use of spam, links, malware, viruses, bots or other harmful files or acts.
-Share accounts with multiple people, or sharing info from one tier to another with non paid Tier members.
-Change your screen name. or use the same screen name or picture as @minted.
(Note: We do regular audits, if your screen name on file changes without giving us prior notice, we will boot you from the server temporarily. Email: Support @mintingthemarkets.com if you did change it & need back into the server.
-Use of vulgar, demeaning, opinionated, targeted, profane language towards others.
-Spout off, rant or use chat as your own soap box.
-Use of Paper trading & posting it as if its real to flaunt or mislead others.
-Use of political, religious, anti-Semitic banter or any other inappropriate behavior.
-Abusing the DM feature in the room to spam members or solicit services.
-Engage in trolling, mischief, drama, provocative, harassing or targeting behaviors that can make others feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
If we determine you have ill intent for any reason, you will be removed from the service without refund for breach of these terms.

By accepting these terms, you agree & understand that if you are found to be in breach of the code of conduct above,
you will be permanently banned from all current & future services we offer, without notice or refund.
No matter your status of service. No one is immune.
